Footnotes
SILENT HEART led early, settled back into a stalking position at the rail late on the first turn, hit the rail entering the far turn, continued to save ground up close around the far turn, angled three wide in upper stretch, rallied outside, took over nearing the sixteenth pole and drove clear. STRONG QUALITY prompted the pace two wide, took over in upper stretch, led to the sixteenth pole but was second best late. RUSE saved ground off the early pace, went three wide around the far turn, lacked the needed rally but kept on for the show. BEUYS (IRE) saved ground off the early pace, went two wide around the far turn and lacked the needed rally. DOMINICAN PIONEER set the pace along the rail and weakened in the drive. FREEDOM PRINCIPLE was outrun inside. REAL MACHO played no factor while racing two and three wide.
