Footnotes
GET READY TO ROCK stalked the pace two wide, bid between foes midway around the far turn, put away the pace rivals in upper stretch, was headed by LOU THE BODY near the sixteenth pole, dug in inside and prevailed. LOU THE BODY saved ground in range, angled four wide near the five-sixteenths pole, continued on the left lead in the lane, took a narrow lead over the winner near the sixteenth pole but was outgamed in the final strides. HEATHCLIFF stalked the pace three wide, bid three wide around the far turn, led nearing the quarter pole and weakened in the drive. KUWAIT TOWERS raced off the pace two wide around the first turn and four wide around the far turn and lacked the needed rally,. DIXIE PREACH saved ground off pace, tipped two wide in upper stretch and was no threat. SUMMER STORM STRIC saved ground off the early pace, went five wide around the far turn and was never a factor. MAGIC SLIPS moved three wide to the lead around the first turn, cleared and angled in down the backstretch, led to the five-sixteenths marker and faltered. FABELMAN was outrun inside.
