Footnotes
NEW ROME set the pace in the two path and widened under a drive. ROYAL DAME was off a bit slowly, saved ground off the pace, swung five wide near the eighth pole and rallied for the place. WEEHAWKEN prompted the winner in the three path, could not reel in that foe and lost second late. WICKED MERCURY went evenly while racing two wide. ZISISIT (IRE) saved ground in range and lacked the needed rally. MRS. GREEN was outrun while racing three and four wide.
