Footnotes
ONE SMOKIN' RITA veered in and bumped with the horses to her inside at the start, recovered to duel from the rail up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the two path and held off a closer to the wire. DOWN IN THE BAYOU raced off the pace early, continued around the bend in the two path, began a bid passing the quarter pole and gained ground steadily to the finish. DIVINE ENCOUNTER dueled on the outside up the backstretch, continued to battle from the three path around the turn and into upper stretch and was caught in the final sixteenth. VANISHING WISH bumped with the horses to both sides leaving the gate, tracked the leader from the rail through the opening quarter, swung out to the four path coming around the bend and chased on in the stretch. OUR FORTUNE COOKIE brushed with the horse to her inside at the break, chased the pace setter on the outside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the five path and weakened in the lane. PRINCESS MISS EMIL was bumped by the horses to her outside at the start and stumbled badly as a result, trailed the field up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn and made no bid. WINDRUSH raced at the back of the pack through the opening stages, saved ground around the bend and was empty in the stretch. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS MADE INTO THE START. UPON REVIEW, NO CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE ORDER OF FINISH.
