ALASDAIR was rated along between rivals on the first turn, continued between rivals and tracking the leaders in the two path on the far turn, moved in leaving the turn and made a inside bid and slowly wore down the leaders to get up late under right handed crop urging to prove best. FLAT TOP BOX vied for the lead on the inside into the first turn, then went on to set a pressured pace while being well handled, made a bid to shake clear in the two path by the furlong marker and then fought on gamely to the wire but was caught late while saving the place award. REMERTON vied for the early lead two wide into the first turn, then pressed the pace two wide to the quarter pole, came three wide off the bend and ran on willingly but was outfinished losing the bob for the place award. ORTUS tracked the pace three wide and outside a duo on the far turn, came four wide into the lane and kept on but had no kick. BREAKWATER was settled early and between rivals, swung out five wide leaving the turn and had a mild late kick. PALACE VIEW (IRE) steadied briefly into the first turn, settled on the inside, was in traffic leaving the turn and angled out in the lane with run but never found room and finished evenly under hand urging. HUSBAND MATERIAL tracked the pace on the inside and weakened in the lane. JERRY'S TURN was four wide into the first turn, settled on the outside and was three to four wide on the far turn, came six wide into the lane and weakened, then was loaded on to the equine ambulance to be evaluated. T B TWELVE ALWAYS broke in at the start and settled early and failed to menace.
