Footnotes
DIAMONDS N THRILLS bumped with an outer foe at the start, tracked between foes in the two path, was cued midway around the far turn, angled out to the five path at the top of the lane, tipped back into the three path going by the eighth pole, bid around the sixteenth, and inched ahead of an outer foe late. TINTA ROJA rated in the three path, ranged up to bid in the four path passing the quarter, took the lead while floating out to the six path at the top of the stretch, ran on while drifting in thru the final furlong, but was caught by an inner foe in the final strides. MI TRIGUENA had an awkward start, chased in the five path, was driven around the far turn, but finished evenly from the seven path down the lane. WINK OF AN EYE raced in the back of the pack in the three path, was ridden around the far turn, angled out to the seven path turning into the stretch, but made no impact. MY HAPPY HOLIDAY laid in range along the inside, was cued midway around the far turn, but got stymied from the rail turning into the lane, tipped out to the five path passing the eighth pole, but did not factor. HOCKEY set the pace in the two path, but lost the lead while along the rail nearing the quarter, and yielded in the final furlong. SAINTE CHAPELLE bumped with an inner foe at the start, laid up close in the three path, led in the two path passing the quarter, but gaveway in the final furlong. PRINCESS BLAKELY stalked in the four path, bid in the three path passing the quarter, but retreated down the stretch.
