THE FRANCHISE (IRE) was in a bit tight after the break, settled early, advanced in between rivals on the turn and waited for room leaving the quarter pole, found a seam leaving the furlong marker and split foes nearing the sixteenth marker and drew clear to prove best under a drive. WHISKEY PARK was well placed early on the inside, moved out entering the backstretch to be in the two path tracking the leaders, moved out to the three path midway on the far turn and made a four wide bid leaving the turn and gained a short lead in the furlong grounds but was out-kicked by the winner in a good effort. KATHEEB was off a step slow, settled three to two wide on the backstretch, then advanced three to four wide on the turn but was blocked leaving the quarter pole, moved in to follow the winner and finished well. BOURBON OUTLAW stalked the early pace three wide, made a two wide bid leaving the turn but faded in the final furlong. PET MAT was reserved early two wide, moved out to be on the outside on the backside, advanced four to five wide on the far turn, came six wide into the lane and had no late kick. WESTHAMPTON hit the gate coming out at the start, saved ground on the first turn while being reserved, moved out and advanced four to five wide on the far turn, came seven wide into the lane and had a mild late kick. NANO MAN was four wide and in tight into the first turn and then checked and angled in, chased the pace from the inside and was ridden along by the three eighths marker to keep up but weakened in the lane. SUMMER STORM STRIC was settled back early and lacked a rally. KUWAIT TOWERS chased the early pace, three to four wide on the far turn and tired. TITAN set the pace while clear on the inside and was headed leaving the turn and gave way in the final furlong.
