CHICKEN DANCE allowed to settle in the early going, was well placed while three to four wide nearing the turn, loomed approaching the quarter pole, vied for the lead to upper stretch then took command into the final furlong, kicked clear into the final sixteenth and drew away late for a good debut win. DON'T GO ASTRAY was hustled away from the start, went up to dispute the early pace from inside of GOLDEN AMBITION, shook free of that rival nearing the quarter pole, led to upper stretch then was confronted by CHICKEN DANCE at the furlong marker, could not match strides with the winner into the final sixteenth and just held at the wire for second. GIGLINE tracked the early pace from the second flight, chased two then three wide nearing the quarter marker, stayed on into the stretch, needed more in the late stages and just missed for second, while holding safely in the end for third. BEYBE BETO settled off of the early pace, ran in pursuit three wide into the turn, swung four wide for the stretch drive and finished evenly. POLIZON settled off of the early pace, was caught in tight and checked approaching the turn, saved ground into the bend, swung three wide for the stretch drive and did not threaten in the late stages. ONE OF A KIND chased the early pace from the inside, saved ground into the turn, could not keep pace nearing the quarter marker and tired in the stretch. CHANCE ON ME settled off of the early pace, coaxed two to three wide into the turn, shifted to the inside and trailed to the quarter marker then did not factor in the stretch drive. GOLDEN AMBITION showed good speed away from the start, disputed the pace outside of DON'T GO ASTRAY heading to the turn, pressed the pace to the quarter pole, was turned away nearing the top of the lane, could not keep pace into the final furlong then came up empty late.
