SOLITUDE DUDE away in good order, contested the early pace then took a narrow lead up the backstretch, showed the way to the turn, shook free nearing the quarter marker and held sway to upper stretch, drew off under moderate urging into the stretch and was geared down late to win as much the best. JAMALAMADINGDONG prominent away from the start, disputed the early pace from between rivals, pressed the decent pace into the turn then was repelled nearing the quarter marker, chased SOLITUDE DUDE into upper stretch, was no match for the winner into the lane and held for second at the wire. DIAMOND KNIFE tracked the early pace from the inside and was well placed approaching the turn, chased from the rail to upper stretch, was outkicked in the stretch drive, ran on into the final sixteenth and just missed for second, while well clear of the rest for third. CRUISIN CROSSBAY was forwardly placed away from the start then rated just off of the early pace, advanced three wide into the turn, spun four wide for the stretch drive and was outkicked into the lane, could not find more into the stretch drive and weakened. ZUCCHERO off slow leaving the gate, settled off of the early pace while not far back, could not keep pace nearing the quarter marker, chased three wide to the stretch and did not threaten in the final furlong. MO FINDS broke out at the start and was off slowly, lacked early speed, was coaxed two wide to upper stretch and did not make a late impact. SIMO AT THE BIG A broke sharply and was prominent early on, tracked the pace three deep heading to the turn, dropped back along the bend, could not find a response to upper stretch and faded. SENOR ROBERTO off a bit slowly leaving the start, settled while saving ground into the turn, maintained an inside path to the stretch and did not factor in the drive.
