Footnotes
BREAK THE ICE settled off the pace while racing three wide, edged closer four wide around the far turn, gained steadily through the lane and was up and clear late. LE MISTRAL pressed the pace in the three path, took the lead near the five-sixteenths pole and led until deep stretch. ORB ALPHA bumped at the start, set the pace in the two path, was collared near the five-sixteenths marker and held on for the show. DIVINING STONE raced off the early pace two wide, went four wide around the far turn and lacked the needed rally. SUMMER STORM STRIC saved ground off the pace, made progress down the backstretch but faded around the far turn. TIZ THE COAST saved ground and steadily faded. BIG TOBY was bumped between foes at the start, prompted the pace in the four path and was through after a half. POSEIDONS MYTH was pinballed at the start, raced four wide and was never in contention. IN THE BLUE broke in and bumped at the start, raced five wide and was through early.
