Footnotes
GREAT VENEZUELA dueled two wide between foes, shook clear in upper stretch and widened under a drive. GLITTER UP pressed the pace three wide, continued on the left lead in the lane, could not keep pace with the winner but lasted for the place. ROYAL POPPY raced off the pace four wide and ran on to gain the show. FLIRTINI dueled inside of the winner and weakened in the drive. JUDGE JUDITH chased the pace inside, angled four wide near the quarter pole and lacked a closing bid.
