Footnotes
REPLEVIN was bumped at the break, sent up and cleared to set the pace while unchallenged, then was well handled on the inside and turned back a bid from HOT LEAD by the quarter pole and shook clear two wide leaving the bend and then maintained a safe margin to the wire to prove best under a drive. ASTIN STYLE was keen on the inside and threw head a few times while being rated back on the first turn, tracked the leaders on the inside to the quarter pole, came two wide off the bend and then dove back to make a inside bid by the furlong marker, then moved off the inside leaving the sixteenth marker and held the place award winning the head bob. SKI BUM was pin balled between rivals at the break, tracked the pace on the outside and was three wide on the far turn, came four wide off the bend and then was bumped by HOT LEAD by the three sixteenths and recovered and ran on late to just miss the place award. NUMINOUS was allowed to settle early towards the inside, raced on the inside to the two path on the far turn while still trailing, angled out in the lane but had no rally. HOT LEAD (GB) broke out and bumped a foe at the start, then stalked the leaders and made a two wide bid nearing the quarter pole, came three wide off the bend and then came out and bumped a foe by the three sixteenths and weakened.
