SHIPS LOG was on the lead about the two or three path while pressed throughout, dug in through the lane and kept MO SUMMER at bay to the end. MO SUMMER forced the pace outside the winner throughout, continued well in the lane but could not get by the winner. GOIN OWEN stalked the leaders along the inside, moved out into the lane but could not close on the top pair. CITY SLICKEN saved ground to move up through the turn but could not threaten in the lane. NO SANDO CZAR STAR failed to mount a bid three wide. FOR REEL chased the top pair from three or four wide early and weakened.
