TWENTY ONE SKIDOO allowed to settle early, tracked the modest pace between two wide heading to the half-mile pole, angled four wide at the quarter marker, responded to urging into upper stretch, mounted a strong rally through the lane, made a quick move to take command into the final sixteenth and drove clear under hand urging in deep stretch. GWYNETH'S MALIBU sent leaving the start, set moderate pace inside through the backstretch run, dug in into upper stretch, collared approaching the final sixteenth, held well for second at the finish. KANTAKE allowed to settle, made a steady advance three wide through the backstretch run, mounted a four wide bid nearing the quarter marker, was outkicked in the stretch and got up for third in the final strides. ROARING RAPIDS prompted the moderate pace outside of the pacesetter, battled into upper stretch, yielded in the final sixteenth and was outfinished in deep stretch for the minor awards. ADGER tracked inside, well placed along the backstretch run, saved ground to the second turn, waited for racing room nearing the quarter marker and lacked a rally in the stretch drive. CITIZEN settled inside, never far back, saved ground to the second turn, raced in tight nearing the quarter marker and could not muster a response in the stretch drive. PHILANTHROPER forward early, stalked the moderate pace two to three wide, well placed into the far turn, swung four wide into upper stretch, could not keep pace into the final furlong and gave way in the drive. READY AND ABLE threw head start, allowed to settle early, chased three wide into the stretch and failed to threaten late. I AM GRODD settled, steadied between runners into the first turn, unhurried through the backstretch run, saved ground to the second turn and did not factor in the stretch. FIST BUMP RIDGE well placed inside early on, took a bad step along the first turn, dropped back along the backstretch run, was eased through the stretch drive and walked off under his own power.
