Footnotes
SPRINGTIME MOON was bumped at the start but away in good order, took back off of the decent early pace, was roused four wide nearing the quarter marker, loomed into upper stretch then vied for the lead at the furlong grounds, closed determinedly into the final sixteenth, took command in deep stretch and edged clear late. SHE'S A BOND TOO showed good early speed from between runners, engaged JUST PLAIN BAD and pressed inside of that runner heading to the turn, dueled through decent fractions nearing the quarter marker then battled into upper stretch, fought on into the final furlong and vied for the lead at the sixteenth-marker, was overtaken by the winner in deep stretch and was second best. JUST PLAIN BAD sent to assume early command, set a pressured pace to the turn, dueled outside of SHE'S A BOND TOO nearing the quarter marker, battled into the stretch and held a narrow lead at the furlong marker, yielded in the final sixteenth and was a clear third. TONE OF SILENCE was pinched at the start and spotted the field to begin, trailed into the turn, swung widest into upper stretch and made a mild late run. GOSPEL STUNNING forwardly placed leaving the start, chased the early pace from the inside, ran in pursuit into the turn, lost ground at the quarter pole then swung four wide into the stretch and could not muster a late response. CALEB'S PRINCESS raced close up to the early pace, tracked three wide to the turn, well placed nearing the quarter marker, could not keep pace into upper stretch and gave way.
