RED DIRT RICH away in good order, tracked the early pace from inside of runners, saved ground to the turn and was well placed nearing the quarter marker, tipped four wide into the lane and loomed in upper stretch, vied for the lead at the furlong grounds then battled ROCKING ROCKET to the sixteenth-marker, disposed of that rival into deep stretch and edged clear in the late stages. BOBWHITE BOBBY traded bumps with AIR IT OUT at the start and was off a step slowly, settled off of the decent early pace, was steered four wide to the quarter marker, swung seven wide into the stretch, finished well into the final sixteenth, could not reel in the winner in deep stretch and was up in time for the place honors. ROCKING ROCKET showed speed from his outside draw and assumed early command, cleared the field and set the pace to the turn, carved out decent fractions to the quarter pole then drifted into upper stretch, battled into the lane, yielded to the winner in the final sixteenth then was outfinished for the place in deep stretch and held clearly in the end for the show. AIR IT OUT hopped then was bumped at the start and was off slowly, lacked early speed and trailed into the turn, stayed to the inside into upper stretch and offered a mild late rally. GRAPNEL hard sent leaving the start, vied for the early lead from between runners, chased five then four wide to the turn, ran in pursuit to the quarter marker, was wide into upper stretch then could not muster a late response. FORT HOOD prominent away from the start, chased the pace to the turn while between runners, checked then was shuffled back at the three-eighths pole, ran in pursuit from the rail into upper stretch, chased to the final sixteenth and weakened in the late stages. LUCKYTABUCKY vied for the early lead from between runners, chased three wide and between foes approaching the turn, ran in pursuit to the quarter pole then gave way in the stretch drive. LEND IT TEWMEY prominent early, chased the early pace four wide and between rivals heading to the turn, ran in pursuit four wide nearing the quarter pole, swung six wide into the lane, lost ground at mid-stretch and tired in the final stages.
