KITTYSHEARTNDENILE showed good speed and assumed early command, was well handled to the turn, set decent fractions while pressured to the quarter marker, met the bid of SONGERIE into the stretch, held a narrow lead while digging in into the final sixteenth, was unyielding in deep stretch and lasted for a determined win at the wire. SONGERIE sent to be prominent early, pressed the pace three wide to the turn and battled into upper stretch, fought KITTYSHEARTNDENILE into the final sixteenth, could not get by the determined winner in deep stretch and was a game second best. GOLLY HOLLY hopped at the start and was off a bit slowly, settled off of the early pace, improved position two to three wide along the turn, tipped four wide into the stretch and bid at the furlong marker, could not match strides with the top pair late and ran on for the show honors in deep stretch. KLASSY ROSE CHROME tracked the early pace while widest up the backstretch run, was well placed while five wide into the turn, maintained a wide path into the stretch and could not muster a late rally. CHICA COMPETITIVA sent to be prominent early, got caught in tight and checked in the opening furlong, saved ground while chasing the pace into the turn, lacked room into upper stretch, could not keep pace at the furlong marker and weakened in the late stages. STACY'S PRINCESS hustled away from the start, went up and pressed the pace between rivals into the turn, disputed decent fractions to the quarter marker, could not keep pace approaching mid-stretch and faded in the drive. CAYMAN HOT tracked the early pace four wide to the turn, was well placed nearing the quarter marker, outkicked into the stretch then gave way. UPTOWN JIVE rated off of the contested early pace while never far back, chased three wide into upper stretch and did not threaten late. BRASS SPUNKY hard to load prior to the start, broke slowly then was never a factor. DEPTHS OF DIXIE tracked the early pace from the inside and tired in the stretch drive.
