LIUZZA prominent early, ceded the lead and stalked two wide into the first turn, tracked three wide and between rivals into the backstretch, was roused three wide into the far turn and vied for the lead at the quarter pole, battled then took command into upper stretch, was set down for the drive and kicked clear into the final furlong, kept to task to the final sixteenth and held over the oncoming runner-up. GEOMETRIQUE unhurried early, saved ground to the second turn, shifted out and chased four wide to the quarter pole, swung widest for the stretch drive, was full of run into the final sixteenth and just missed for the win, while besting the rest. QUEEN OF SALSA forwardly placed early, tracked the pace three wide to the first turn, well placed along the backstretch, chased three to four wide into the far turn, churned on into the stretch, could not match strides with the top pair into the final sixteenth and closed late for third. DRENCHED vied for the early lead inside of runners, ceded the lead along the first turn then stalked the pacesetter into the backstretch, re-bid between foes into the backstretch and took a narrow lead at the half-mile, battled between runners into the far turn, was overtaken by LIUZZA into upper stretch, chased the winner into the final furlong and weakened in deep stretch. BULSARA allowed to settle in the early going, chased two wide and between foes into the second turn, steadied in traffic nearing the furlong marker, re-rallied into the final sixteenth but could not find the needed late response. CLAIRE JUNE rated just off of the early pace and saved ground to the first turn, well placed while saving ground up the backstretch, raced in tight while between runners into the far turn, shifted three wide for the drive, was outkicked at the furlong grounds and weakened late. DESERT GLOW allowed to settle, saved ground into the far turn, tipped two wide into upper stretch, ran evenly to the furlong marker and lacked the needed late response. DEVILETTA settled while saving ground in the early stages, saved all of the ground while well placed through the backstretch, waited for racing room at the quarter pole then tipped three wide into the lane, navigated traffic to the final sixteenth, checked in deep stretch and could not muster a final response. SAN MATEO KAT allowed to settle while never far back, tracked the early pace four to five wide along the first turn, chased while widest up the backstretch, ran in pursuit three wide to the second turn, could not keep pace at the quarter pole and tired in the stretch. DULCE AMANECER YG assumed command into the first turn, carved out moderate fractions into the backstretch, was confronted at the half-mile pole then overtaken into the second turn, could not keep pace into upper stretch and faded in the drive.
