SHE'S CANDIFIED allowed to settle from the break but showed good early speed, tracked in hand just behind the duel, kept to the inside through the turn, tipped out to the three path for the stretch run, wore down rivals and edged clear in the final yards. BALI GIRLEE sat just off the pace to the turn then went to challenge passing the three furlong marker, battled the stubborn pacesetter GIVE EM HAIL GAYLE to the inside then got the best of that one only to be set upon by SHE'S CANDIFIED to the outside approaching the furlong marker, could not match strides with that one late but kept to task and saved the place. HIGHLANDER HONEY broke well but did not get involved in the pace duel, settled four to five wide in the tracking group then made a middle move four to five wide through the turn, was kept to task in the stretch and produced a grinding finish to gain the third spot. BRINGONTHEBUBBLY took a bump from TOO MUCH GUITAR after the break, tracked between horses down the backside, then three wide through the turn, loomed in upper stretch but could not sustain the bid. GIVE EM HAIL GAYLE veered in towards the gap after the start, then rushed up, led the field to the stretch with a host of pursuers to the outside, battled to deep stretch before giving way in the late stages. TAPITSGOTAPISTOL took up when a rival crossed into the path after the break, caught up to the leaders before the turn, went five wide and flattened in the stretch. TOO MUCH GUITAR broke out at the start and bumped with BRINGONTHEBUBBLY, raced at the rear of the compact field through the early stages then chased into the stretch and could not improve. IMMA GOING TO WIN was a bit slow to get going the advanced inside down the backstretch, took up approaching the seven-sixteenths pole, lost momentum and could not recover.
