Footnotes
YACHT ROCK (IRE) broke well and was up with th early leaders initially, dropped back to be last of the tracking group early on the turn, circled the field five wide then rallied boldly boldly to bet along in time. WILD WEST JUSTICE got to the front before the turn without really being asked, led the field through the turn, the opened up a clear lead in the stretch, was finishing well under steady handling and urging but could not hold off the winner in the final yards while drifting out. GABARRA was always close, finished with good energy but was too late, gained the third spot. NEWS AT NINE was hustled out of the gate and pressed the pace early, settled inside with the tracking group, was boxed in through the turn and lost some ground, finished well under steady handling, had aim on the leader in deep stretch but was outkicked in the final yards. MO GO was always prominent from the break, pulled away from the tracking group to chase WILD WEST JUSTICE to had given the rest of the field the slip, had some trouble with the lead change int he stretch and was outfinished. OLD BOYS CLUB was outrun after the break and chased early, kept to the inside through the turn and bettered position while not a major threat. STORM MAN tracked close up three to four wide and finished evenly in the stretch. SPEIGHTFUL ONE was close up while keeping to the inside, retreated approaching the quarter pole and was outrun in the stretch. TAPITS KASH was mid-pack about three wide through the initial stages then had little to give in the stretch run. PERLIANO close up through the initial stages then dropped back some heading into the turn, swung five wide into the stretch but could not make an impact. THERE WAS A STEWARDS INQUIRY INTO THE STRETCH RUN. AFTER REVIEW, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
