SAMSPLAYERSLOUNGE was a bit sluggish from the break then coaxed forward, kept to the rail through the turn, then came under a drive from the five-sixteenths marker, took advantage a huge opening along the rail turning in the stretch, was kept to task and found best stride in the late stages pulled ahead in the final yards. BANDERA BLING tracks just behind the speed duel, took the three path to the outside of the dueling leaders, launched a three-wide bid leaving the quarter pole, produced a grinding finish mostly on the left lead, got straightened out yard from the finish and was able to gain the place. MY BOY BLING tracked mid-pack inside, was idling though the turn and into the stretch then surged inside the final sixteenth and just came up short. RAGS ROYAL PRINZ broke well and dueled briefly with MY FAVORITE SONG, took command passing the half-mile marker when that foe retreated, led into the stretch then finished gamely, was passed inside and outside in deep stretch. MY FAVORITE SONG had good speed from the break and dueled briefly with RAGS ROYAL PRINZ, ceded the lead to that one and pulled back to a stalking position, came under a drive in a bid to challenge that one for the lead leaving the quarter pole but could not go on and faded in the stretch. WINGS FOR ENO broke alertly but allowed to settle, was not asked for early speed then was under a ride from the half-milepole, circled the field on the turn, failed to change leads in upper stretch and was unable to make an impact late. HOLIDAY RUN away in good order tracked five wide down the backstretch, launched a mild bid from the three furlong marker, had trouble with the lead change at the top of the stretch and tired. GOD'S GOLD was outrun from the break, came seven wide into the stretch and did not factor in the outcome.
