Footnotes
RUBIA dropped to last early then was having to be coaxed to keep contact with the field, waited behind horses through the turn then responded well when set down at the top of the stretch, found best stride and was pulling away in the end. PINK SOLITAIRE was pushed on from the break to get forward position, raced mid-pack then was boxed in for awhile through the turn, swung four wide into the stretch and produced a steady rally under intermittent urging and was just up for the place. DULCIA settled near the back of the field through the early stages, then kept to the inside through the turn, found the path blocked until the stretch, found best stride once clear and finished with a rush but was too late. PRAIRIE BRAT broke well and gained the lead traveling well, held position through the turn then opened up when set down at the top of the stretch, got a bit tired in mid-stretch, was passed and missed out on a minor award. SHE'S A GOLD LADY settled between horses in the stalking group, loomed a threat through the turn the came under heavy pressure in the stretch and faltered. CONTESSA'S SONG broke well, was close up through the early stages, then dropped off the pace, came under a ride from the quarter pole and was not competitive in the stretch. HOLLYWOODBOULEVARD was four then three wide down the backstretch and could not summon the needed response. AUTISM RESILIENCE raced three wide early, made a mild bid around the turn then went flat and had little to offer late.
