Footnotes
JUST PLAIN BAD broke sharply and quickly put some distance on the field, had DELPHINE taking up the chase through the turn then shook off the pursuer spinning into the stretch went clear and held sway to the wire. DELPHINE broke well and opted to sit just behind JUST PLAIN BAD made a bid for the lead approaching the quarter pole but was turned back and continued to chase that foe to the finish. REAL MISCHIEVOUS was under a drive from the half-mile pole, saved some ground through the turn then bid three wide into the stretch, produced a grinding finish and was able to grab the third spot while no threat to the top pair. FREED BY MAGIC broke well but was unable to keep up with the early pace, dropped to last before the turn, stayed on the rail through the turn, was kept to task and finished evenly. ZIPPY SEASON was off very slowly, rushed forward and was just behind the leader heading into the turn, came three wide into the stretch and was finishing with good energy but could not catch the top pair and weakened late. BLAZZIN SHOTGUN tracked three wide to the turn faded to last while under a drive and was outrun in the stretch.
