FOR TEXAS ACCREDITED FOUR YEAR OLDS AND UPWARD. No nomination fee. $500 due at time of entry. Starters to pay an additional $500. Supplemental nominations in the amount of $2,000 may be made at time of entry and shall include all fees. $5,000 from Open p lus $70,000 Added from the TTA Event Fund plus all fees to be distributed: $1,000 to all starters sixth through last. The remaining balance to be distributed: 60% to the winner, 20% to second, 11% to third, 6% to fourth and 3% to fifth. Weight: 123 lbs. N on-winners of a Sweepstakes in 2024 - 2025 allowed 3 lbs. Non-winners of two races since September 22, 2024 allowed 5 lbs. (Maiden, Claiming and Starter races not considered in weight allowances.) This race will be limited to fourteen starters, with prefe rence to horses with highest earnings in 2024-2025 at time of entry. Horses not drawing a starting position in the gate will receive a refund of the entry fee. Starters to be named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. TOO MUCH ACTION broke well but settled behind the pace duel, loomed from the five-sixteenths pole, opened up when roused at the top of the stretch and won clear despite drifting out late. TURN NORTH was devoid of early speed, made a steady advance through the turn three to four wide then came five wide into the stretch and finished with good energy to get up for the place. MISTER MONTE CARLO was allowed to settle from the break and tracked well off the early pace, stayed inside through the turn then finished with interest. BLING MOUNTAIN outrun early, made an inside bid through the tour, split horses in upper stretch and finished well. CHIEF BRADY tracked five wide early then was fanned wide through the turn making a bid for the lead, came five wide into the stretch and flattened out. UNBRIDLED BLING rushed to front, dueled inside to the stretch then gave way. SUNDAY BLING broke well but ceded the lead, tracked between horses to the turn then bid four wide at the quarter pole, came under pressure at the top of the stretch but had nothing left to give. THE DEVIL'S BET was quickest away then joined by UNBRIDLED BLING early, dueled through quick fractions through the turn, gave way passing the quarter pole and tired in the stretch.
