DARING REASON got away well and tracked FULL OF GLORY two wide through the early stages, went to challenge near the five-sixteenths marker, got no resistance and turned into the stretch with a clear lead, widened late then easily held off a mild late bid from a rival on the outside. MY BOY BLING tracked three wide, made a mild late run to get into second place but was unable to get to the winner. OPTIMAL TRIP settled mid-pack down the backstretch then made a belated late bid in the stretch to gain third. FOO FLIGHTER last early, saved ground and kept to task down the stretch and improved. LEVIATHAN AXE lacked speed, settled to the inside and finished with some interest after the issue had long been decided up front. FULL OF GLORY broke well and seized the early lead with DARING REASON a constant shadow, surrendered the lead to that one passing the quarter pole then had little left for the stretch run and faded. BALI ROLLING TIDE was unprepared for the start and broke behind the field, chased to the turn, went three wide then tired under pressure in upper stretch. BENZODINI broke well but was outrun early, chased four to five wide then hand nothing to offer in the stretch.
