BALI GIRLEE broke well and got to the front without really being asked, was joined by GIVE EM HAIL GAYLE through the turn but put that rival away before the stretch, extended the lead in the stretch then held off a mild late bid to the outside under steady handling. TAPITSGOTAPISTOL was off slow then raced between horses in the early tracking pack, broke away and launched a bid from the seven-sixteenths pole, came three wide into the stretch, started to hang at the sixteenth pole but regained focus and surged ahead into second. BRINGONTHEBUBBLY was well back in the early stages, advanced three wide on the turn then ran on well in the stretch, was closest to the top two with less than a furlong to run, was closing ground on that pair to the wire but ran out of time. IMMA GOING TO WIN broke well and was up with the early leaders for a furlong but caught five wide, dropped back to a tracking position before the turn, relaunched a bid five wide on the turn and went evenly through the stretch while lacking a closing bid. GIVE EM HAIL GAYLE vied four wide early then went clear with BALI GIRLEE late on the turn, struggled to keep pace with that foe into the stretch and flattened out. SHE'S EXTRA raced inside with the tracking group to the turn, got a clean inside trip through the turn then loomed to mid-stretch and weakened late. DAZZLING DUCHESS was off slowly then hustled to join the main pack, steadied slightly near the half-mile pole the changed course to the outside through the turn then was unable to summon a rally in the stretch and finished evenly. RON'S LAVENDER was slow into stride then dropped far, far back early the ran on late and picked up a couple of tiring rivals after the issue had been decided. MOONLIGHT GLOW vied three wide for the early lead, started a steady fade after passing the three furlong pole and tired in the stretch. FOOLISH AFFAIR vied between horses through the early stages then struggled to keep up from the seven-sixteenths pole and had nothing to offer in the stretch.
