Footnotes
BRADIX broke well and was hustled to the front, went clear with a couple of rivals in close pursuit into the turn, quickened under a drive approaching the quarter pole, turned back all challengers and held sway under an all-out drive. CURLY'S ONE THING broke out and bumped hard with POLLITO TITO, raced three or four wide with the second flight, dropped to the rail and moved up into contention on the turn, had good momentum cutting the corner into the stretch and finished up strong to just miss. OBVIOUS CONCLUSION broke with the pack, settled off the pace, moved closer going into the turn, loomed three wide passing the quarter pole, finished with interest. POLLITO TITO veered in at the start and slammed into CURLY'S ONE THING, was slow to begin and spotted the field a big head start, was coaxed to regain contact with the field then made a mild bid through th turn and finished up well and was closing ground late. SNOWMAGEDDON chased the pace close up three wide, made a run at the leader passing the quarter pole came into the stretch on the left lead, could not get by and was outfinished. SIPPIN SCOTCH tracked just behind the pacesetter on the rail to the turn, came under heavy pressure from the quarter pole but was outkicked in the late stages. FLY RED BIRD FLY broke off balance and veered sharply inward after the break, was taken up sharply to avoid OBVIOUS CONCLUSION, once settled rushed up to join the main pack, loomed four wide at the quarter pole then flattened out mid-stretch racing on the wrong lead. DOC HENRY RIDGE broke outward but was one of the first from the gate but unable to join the early pace battle, chased five wide down the backstretch then three wide through the turn and was unable to threaten. SPIDERS REVENGE was off slowly and took some time to get into stride, fell far behind early and was uninvolved in the outcome. SUPER EKATI dwelt in the gate at the start and spotted the field a huge head start, was put to urging early but trailed througout.
