Footnotes
TURN UP THE TREES led inside and drew off in the stretch while kept to task. TOP GUN TOMMY pressed the early pace in the two path, bid at the three-eighths pole but was no match for the winner. GO EMI raced well back and was along for the show outside. CODE OMAHA pressed the early pace between rivals, was jostled near the seven-sixteenths pole in tight quarters and gave way in the stretch. HALLOWEEN raced in the four path and had no late bid. MISTER KELLY pressed the early pace in the four path and gave way at the quarter pole. AFTERNOON HEAT was off awkwardly, raced inside and gave way. The Stewards took no action following an inquiry into the running of the race going into the turn.
