Footnotes
FINN MCSORLEY bore in at the start, was steadied near the seven-sixteenths pole, vied between foes, dueled through the stretch and prevailed under a steady drive. ALPHA OMEGA was clear early, led inside, dueled through the stretch and was outfinished. FOUNTAIN RUN stalked the pace inside of rivals and offered a mild late bid. HOT WINGS was impeded at the start, raced in the three path and rallied in the five path at the eighth pole. FLETCHER BAY saved ground, angled to the four path near the half-mile pole, rallied and faltered in the stretch. IRON EDGE raced well back inside, bid at the quarter pole, angled to the four path at the eighth pole and bid late. PURDY DARN GOOD stalked the pace in the four path and faded in the stretch. KITCO was squeezed back at the start, raced in the four path and had no late bid.
