Footnotes
METALLIC MAN stalked the pace in the three path, bid at the three-eighths pole, dueled and was clear under steady urging. GOLDEN HORNET was clear early but couldn't hold off the winner. MINE OWN STAR was unrushed early in the five path, bid at the three-eighths pole and couldn't close late. ORB OF THE BORO was squeezed back at the start, raced well back and had a mild late bid between rivals. SIR PISTOLERO raced in the four path but failed to menace. EL ROSILLO saved ground to no avail. SPEITFUL SAM stalked the pace in the two path but had no closing bid.
