MITCH hopped at the start, stalked the pace inside, was checked near the five-eighths pole, angled to the four path at the quarter pole and rallied under strong urging. CHISEL saved ground, angled to the five path near the quarter pole, rallied but was no match for the winner. HENRY THE HANK stalked the pace in the four path, bid near the three-eighths pole but was no match. NINETEENFOURTYFIVE saved ground, bid late in the three path but couldn't close late. BOURBON CURIOSITY pressed the pace outside of the leader before giving way late. STRANGER'S CHURCH led inside before giving way in the stretch. DREAMING BRO stalked the pace in the four path and lacked a late bid. ILLEGAL CONTACT and AIR CHARGER were not factors.
