CONFRONT stumbled badly at the start, stalked the pace in the four path, advanced near the three-eighths pole and was clear in the stretch while never under any presssure. MCMUSIC was off awkwardly, saved ground, bid near the quarter pole but was no match for the winner. NO BILLS CAMPAIGN pressed the pace in the four path and gave way near the quarter pole. BRIARCLIFF was brushed at the start, led in the two path and gave way in the stretch. PAPA ALDEN pressed the pace in the three path and faded in the stretch.
