PIED PIPER led inside and drew off in the stretch under mild urging. CAPE STORM (GB) saved ground, bid near the half-mile pole and proved no match for the winner. JR SWEET FEET stalked the pace in the two path, stepped out near the eighth pole, bid late but was no match for the winner. VERSED was off awkwardly, stalked the pace between rivals and gave way in the stretch. ABDICATE bore out at the start, was unrushed, bid inside near the quarter pole and faltered. GIGGITY stalked the pace in the four path, was bumped near the eighth pole when a rival stepped out and had no late bid. DEWY'S DENALI was squeezed back at the start, was unrushed and improved position late in the five path. HOLYROOD broke inward, raced in the three path, bid at the quarter pole and faltered. ORGANIZED stalked the pace in the four path and faded on the far turn. COLLEAGUE was through early. MONTALBANO was bumped at the start, bore out going into the first turn, pressed the pace in the two path, bore out nearing the quarter pole and gave way.
