SOLO VENTURI hopped at the start, stalked the pace in the three path, bid four wide at the quarter pole, dueled outside of a rival in the stretch and was clear late under a mild drive. PACIFIC STANDARD stalked the pace in the four path, bid at the half-mile pole, dueled through the stretch and was no match late. ORTHO STAR was steadied inside on the first turn, angled to the three path on the far turn and faded in the stretch. GOLDEN ICE raced in the three path and faded on the far turn. REIGNITE pressed the early pace and gave way on the far turn. PURDY DARN GOOD was unrushed early and faded. CANTARITO led early inside and gave way at the half-mile pole.
