Footnotes
PAIR OF SOCKS bumped with an outer foe at the start, vied two wide, forged clear passing the five sixteenths pole and drew off under a drive. HESPER trailed along the inside, advanced inside of rivals to bid for place in the final furlong and edged that position passing the sixteenth pole. EXPRESS LINE laid off of the pace in the three path, gained in the five path entering the lane to reach place at the three sixteenths pole, but was bested by an inner bidder late. TUNISIAN SPRING vied for the lead inside of the eventual winner, yielded to that one at the five sixteenths pole, shifted out to the four path entering upper stretch and weakened between horses. BUCYK broke slowly, rushed up to lay close behind the top pair approaching the turn, chased them from the two path around the turn, got floated out entering the lane before tipping back in shortly after, but tired. FROST MOUNTAIN bumped with an inner foe at the start, chased in the three to four path and faded turning for home.
