Footnotes
TOP GUN ROCKET transferred light contact from an outer rival to an inner foe at the start, stalked three deep into the turn, bid along with an outer rival turning for home, vied between horses into the lane, edged an advantage reaching midstretch and drove clear. TEEN IDOL was bumped between horses and steadied back at the start, pulled five wide an outside of rivals to reach midpack down the backstretch, progressed tucking four wide into the turn, bid approaching the five sixteenths pole, forged an advantage passing that marker, led three wide into the lane, but hung on his left lead and proved no match for an inner counterpart in midstretch. XAVI brushed an inner rival leaving the gate, crossed over and hampered a trio of foes approaching the eleven sixteenths pole, showed the way along the inside, led narrowly from a trio of outer rivals around the turn, got headed at the five sixteenths pole yielded thereafter yet was best of the rest. COLORADO CRUISER was brushed by an outer rival at the start, then was floated inwardly and forced to bump an inner rival while checking approaching the eleven sixteenths pole, pressed two wide and between horses into the turn, got outmoved by an outer pair turning for home and gave way. ASK ARTHUR was bumped by an outer rival at the start, then checked leaving the chute, pursued two wide and failed to menace. ONEOFTHEGOODGUYS pursued from midpack four wide, steadied in tight quarters between rivals leaving the half mile pole, chased under urging around the bend and failed to factor. DIOMEDES was bumped and put to tight rail quarters causing him to steady hard approaching the eleven sixteenths pole, trailed, moved to the four path around the turn and failed to factor. BLUE ANGEL broke inwardly and bumped a rival, then was bumped by an outer foe into an inner rival and forced to steady nearing the eleven sixteenths pole, raced off of the pace along the inside, got outrun and eased through the final furlong. THE RIDER ONEOFTHEGOODGUYS CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST TEEN IDOL ALLEGING INTERFERENCE PASSING THE HALF MILE POLE, BUT THE OBJECTION WAS DISALLOWED BY THE STEWARDS.
