VELVET DEVIL was bumped between horses at the start, stalked three wide, bid outside of the leader and from the three path turning for home, dueled after moving out to the four path in upper stretch and edged ahead late. ME AND MOLLY MCGEE set the pace along the inside, dug in to resist an outer challenge passing the five sixteenths pole, battled gamely with that one through the lane but was bested. CYAWOULDNTWANABEYA tracked in the four path and between horses, crept closer around the turn, chased the top pair into the lane and ran on to secure show. SPUN CANDY tracked along the inside, chased around the turn, moved out to the four to six path in upper stretch and moved up while hanging on her left lead. SCARCE broke slowly, lacked speed along the inside, shifted to the three path in upper stretch and stayed on willingly. TICKIN TIME BLONDE bumped with an inner foe at the start, trailed while checking subtly between rivals at the half mile pole, fanned out to the seven path into upper stretch and rallied willingly. PRINCESS PROUD pursued from midpack in the five path, inched closer outside of the main group turning for home, but flattened out in upper stretch and tired. WHISKEY SERENADE raced off of the pace in the two to three path before fanning out to the eight path entering the lane and failed to factor. BIG AIR bumped an outer rival leaving the gate, then failed to factor from the four path. MAGICAL DAY pressed two wide and between rivals, failed to sustain pressure while chasing around the turn and weakened. LINDY CAN broke slowly, lacked speed in the three to four path, shifted inwardly in upper stretch and made little impact. WILDFIRE PRINCESS raced off of the pace along the inside, then in the two to three path around the bend before swinging six wide into the lane, but weakened while hanging on her left lead.
