DECIMATION got away alertly and raced close up then loomed to challenge at the 3/8 pole and took over into the stretch, drawing away in the final eighth. BRAZEN CAINE raced close up with a rail trip early then looked for room on the turn before altering five wide at the top of the stretch but ducked back in to the rail and rallied late for place. CAPITOLA rated in the middle of the pack and waited through the turn then split horses into the stretch and made a late rally. FAIR CHASE rated in the middle of the pack with a four wide trip then angled six wide into the stretch before lugging in then made a late gain. MIDNIGHT RUMBLE rated in the middle of the pack and saved ground then split horses into the stretch and made a mild rally. DR. BOB got squeezed at the start and tucked in for a rail trip into the turn then angled seven wide into the stretch and passed tiring rivals. OUTLAW JOE got squeezed at the start then was void of early speed then angled eight wide into the stretch and made a mild rally. ACCELERATOR got off slowly then moved up while five wide on the backstretch then was urged at the 3/8 pole but faltered in the stretch. GOSHAWK stumbled at the start then rated in the second flight early then made a seven wide bid into the stretch but flattened out. BIG CITY STEVE showed no speed early then dropped back in the opening eighth with a rail trip but was no factor. START THE PARTY was fractious behind the starting gate then rushed up and set the early pace but was headed on the turn and came up empty in the stretch.
