BRU NA BOINNE prompted outside of the leader and from the three path, sparked a duel nearing the lane, battled neck and neck through the final furlong before an outer bidder joined the fray late in the closing stages, and prevailed between horses. POSITANO SUNSET set the pace in the two path as an outer rival prompted, dueled with that foe into the lane, gamely clung to a narrow advantage into the final sixteenth, but was bested in the closing stages as a wider rival bid and saved placee. TAKE A STAND stalked along the inside, shifted out in hopes of taking aim outside of the top pair in upper stretch, finally tipped wide enough at the furlong grounds while hanging on her left lead, closed in late to bid in the closing stages but missed. PEAK POPULARITY tracked along the inside before shifting out to the three to four path around the first turn, came under urging while within striking range outside of the top pair around the far turn, but gave way in upper stretch. RAGTIME BELLE trailed along the inside before moving to the three to four path into the backstretch, and never got involved. CATMINT stumbled at the start, lacked speed in the two path and made little impact.
