Footnotes
RANDOM HARVEST tracked from midpack in the three to four path, bid three deep in upper stretch, led into the final furlong, drove clear and held sway. PUBLIC ASSEMBLY tracked in the two path, then between horses down the backstretch, awaited racing room behind rivals around the far turn, chased the leading trio from the three path leaving upper stretch, tipped to the four path as the eventual winner took charge in midstretch, and rallied to gradually close in on that one late. SHILOH'S MISTRESS tracked in the four path, ranged up outside of rivals around the far turn to bid outside of the leader and from the three path into the lane, vied as an outer rival joined the fray in upper stretch, got outkicked by that one at the furlong grounds, lost place to an outer bidder in the final sixteenth and held show. MISS HEBRIDES showed the way while remaining a bit off of the inner rail, remained in hand under a long left rein into the far turn, vied with a pair of outer bidders in upper stretch, got headed at the furlong grounds and yielded. EGYPTIAN CANDY saved ground off of the pace, swung out to the five path in upper stretch but lacked the needed kick. CALL ME TONI bumped with an inner rival at the start, trailed in the two path, improved position while brushing with an outer rival entering upper stretch, tipped out in the final furlong and ran on. TONALITE leaned into an outer rival at the start, settled off of the pace two wide and between horses, moved to the four path into the far turn, then to the six path into the lane, but lacked a rally. CHOATE was a bit antsy in the starting gate, got bumped by an inner rival into an outer foe at the start, shied from the shadow casted by the furlong pole passing it for the first time, settled well back along the inside, shifted out turning for home, spun into the lane in the six path, jostled hard with an inner rival in upper stretch and failed to factor. DREAM ON STORMY tugged forwardly placed along the inside moving through the lane for the first turn, settled into stalking stride while still in the bit into the backstretch, but faded in upper stretch. WHY WASTE WORDS was keen between rivals while brushing with an outer counterpart early on, laid well back in the three path, took the far turn in the four to five path and made little impact. CENTURIA (IRE) brushed with an inner rival early on, settled off of the pace in the four path, tucked two wide and moved between horses with nine sixteenths to go, took the far turn in the three path before shifting to the five path into the lane, but was firmly jostled between horses in upper stretch and weakened. TAKE SHAPE stalked in the three path and between horses, weakened turning for home, got brushed by an inner rival while jostling hard with an outer foe in upper stretch and protected thereafter.
