ZAPATA (IRE) rated along the inside, shifted out three wide and finished well to edge clear under steady handling. CATHY'S BOY dropped back early on, moved up three wide near the quarter pole to challenge but couldn't match strides with the winner to finish second best. HEAT LIGHTNING was allowed to settle early, moved up two to three wide in the lane and improve position. CHAHTA CITIZEN settled off the early going, raced five wide into the upper stretch and never was a serious threat. CRUE'S N CONTROL was unhurried early, raced three wide near the quarter pole and had no response. TWO WEEKS NOTICE prompt the early leader two deep from the outside and tired readily. Two Weeks Notice was loaded into the equine ambulance on the dirt track after pulling up. MAX S showed good early foot from the inside to set a pressured early pace and was done early.
