BEACH BLANKET pressed the pace along the inside, rallied two wide entering the turn to challenge for the lead, dueled to mid stretch and drew clear under urging. MUSICAL BAND veered out at the start, raced close to the pace towards the outside, closed steadily and got up near the wire for place. ROYAL HOPE veered out at the start, was sent to the front to set the pace, responded when challenged on the turn, dueled to mid stretch, fell back and was caught for second. LOUISIANA BARGAIN was off slowly and crowded at the start, fell far back, was unhurried, advanced to the turn, went widest in the drive and finished well. DEELITESANDIMSUM raced in close between horses early, fell back and finished evenly. SIR MACK was pushed in at the start, showed speed to the turn, dropped back and gave way. FRIENDLY HINT broke in, raced in close early, dropped back and stopped on the turn.
