VIOLENT RIVER raced up close four wide leaving the backstretch, bid three deep on the turn, seized control midstretch and drove clear late. MILITARY BEARING vied for the lead from inside, dueled on the turn then fought with a pair of rivals again at the quarter pole, carried a short lead into the final furlong, relinquished the lead shortly after and stayed on to secure second. BANDERA BLING vied three deep up the backstretch, dueled outside MILITARY BEARING on the turn, fought between rivals late on the bend, battled to midstretch and got outkicked by the top pair. MOR JAZZ broke in and bumped, stalked along the inside, hugged the rail to the stretch and lacked the needed response. JERRY'S EIGHTY chased within striking distance from the three path to the lane but could not produce a bid. CASTILLE vied between rivals up the backstretch, got a bit crowded into the turn, chased in the two path to the stretch, altered out at the eighth pole and lacked a rally. FIFTEEN LOVE BACK tracked four wide leaving the backstretch, drifted out a bit on the turn and failed to menace. HOMEVIEW chased five deep early on, asked four then five wide on the turn and weakened. RIGHTANDJUST chased from off the pace keeping off the inside, entered the turn in the five path, got floated out a bit then angled inside the drifting rival, steered back out at the top of the lane and proved no menace. GOOD LIKE MAGIC was off slow and bumped in the beginning, trailed up the backstretch, traveled six then five wide on the turn and could not make an impact.
