FAST VERDICT was angled out to be three wide into the first turn, dropped inside for the backstretch run and settled off the free running leader, took closer order to the inside of runners entering the far turn, took advantage of a rail opening to bid inside foes in upper stretch, dueled to the inside of INFINITESIMAL past the furlong grounds, wrested command under left handed asking with a sixteenth to then went clear through the final yards. Z'S GUITAR broke a step slow, settled well off the early pace, saved some ground leaving the far turn, swung out five to six wide past the three sixteenths marker, straightened away and finished with good energy to nip an inner foe for the place. INFINITESIMAL , four wide into the first turn, rated in the clear three wide past the five eighths, advanced three deep into the far turn, went on the attack outside runners to poke a head in front soon into the lane, battled outside the winner leaving mid stretch, could not quite go with that one leaving the sixteenth pole then gave way grudgingly. STAR READY raced as the closest pursuer two wide into the backstretch, chased between foes nearing the far turn, shifted out four wide for the drive but came up empty. CITY OF LOVE , urged clear heading to the first turn, opened up a lengthy advantage under a ride mid way through the backstretch run, saw that lead diminish leaving the far turn, was all out maintaining the front past the five sixteenths, failed to hold off foes from both sides in upper stretch then weakened through the final furlong.
