Footnotes
PRINCE OF JERICHO broke a tad slow then was hustled up to the inside of rivals to challenge for the lead, dueled on a slim lead into the turn, was joined by an outer ON THE MARK soon after, lost command mid turn, asserted himself and came back to put a head in front into the lane, shook clear under strong handling in mid stretch, widened past the sixteenth pole and held firm while kept to task. FREEZE THE FIRE settled in last as the duel went on up front, saved ground with some momentum into the stretch, worked outward for the final furlong and finished with good energy to be second best. ON THE MARK , well placed under rating and just off the early scrum, quickly bid three deep into the turn, vied on a slim advantage past the five sixteenths, failed to match strides with the winner leaving the three sixteenths, drifted out some in mid stretch and faded. REPO ROCKS , off the pace while saving ground into the turn, angled four wide under coaxing approaching the stretch, dropped back towards the inside but failed to muster up a solid run. TUDOX OPPORTUNITY was rated back from between rivals soon after the break, raced three wide into the turn, was fanned five wide entering the stretch, straightened and failed to seriously kick on. NO EASY DAYS got hooked up two wide outside the winner after a sixteenth of a mile, carried that battle into the turn, steadied back from between rivals as ON THE MARK ranged up, failed to regroup and faded.
