EARL OF DASSEL , off a bit slow, settled of the embattled leaders, advanced well off the rail and to the inside of a rival soon into the stretch, swung further out, closed determinedly under strong handling, forged to command outside LAST SECOND LOUIE inside the the sixteenth pole and drew clear. LAST SECOND LOUIE took command early and took some outer pressure, edged clear after a half then was re engaged by a host of outer rivals leaving the far turn, dueled and held a slim lead while drifting to about the three path into the stretch, corrected to maintain the advantage under a drive in mid stretch, failed to contain the winner's outside run but kept on with good effort to be clear of the rest. PORTIS rated forwardly while saving ground, slipped through along the rail in upper stretch, threatened in mid stretch, failed to sustain and faded. TAP ANCHOR , three deep in close attendance, applied more pressure leaving the far turn, dueled three to four wide outside LAST SECOND LOUIE nearing the lane, failed to kick on in mid stretch and weakened. RETURN FIRE prompted the pace two to three wide outside the leader, bid between foes around the far turn, sparred, lacked a punch into the stretch and weakened. VILALUZ lost ground four wide, rolled up four deep to threaten leaving the three eighths, drew on even terms for a brief period, dueled, failed to kick on with the leaders approaching the stretch and weakened. THEDINGOATEYOBABY stumbled at the break, raced four wide early, gained some nearing the half, was under pressure soon after, failed to respond and gave way.
