Footnotes
BORRACHO was sent clear soon after the start, set the pace removed from the inside, was under coaxing three wide into the stretch, kept on after being given a couple of right handed cues then held firm under an energetic hand ride through the final seventy yards. NANCY MADE MY DAY , off a tad slow, recovered and quickly gained two wide between foes nearing the turn, chased to the inside of a rival then eased out approaching the stretch, straightened to be about three wide then held well while second best. SHAPE NOTE was shuffled back along the rail after HE'S ORIENTATE angled in near the five eighths, regrouped to make inside progress mid turn, pursued into the stretch, kept on with effort and was well clear of the rest. WHISKEY AND YOU , three wide between runners, was under a hustling ride chasing past the five sixteenths, came three to four wide for the drive and faded. HE'S ORIENTATE was sent up between runners soon after the break, came in bothering a foe near the five eighths, angled back out to chase, failed to kick on mid turn and gave way. ORDER OFTHE KETTLE broke slowly, lost ground four wide outside rivals, failed to respond past the five sixteenths and gave way.
