DIXIE GROOVE settled off the inside, angled out and was put to a hustling ride leaving the far turn, circled five wide with progress into the stretch, sustained under strong handling, reeled in the leader near the sixteenth pole then drew clear. SISTER SUPREAM sped clear early, set the pace off the inside, widened the advantage leaving the far turn, remained clear under a solid drive in mid stretch, could not contain the winner's outer surge then gave way grudgingly. ROWSIE EXPRESS stalked outside a rival, shifted inside around the final turn, made a mild advance under pressure past mid stretch then flattened out. GILDA'S GIRL , taken to rate soon after the start, settled in the clear early, was called upon three wide into the far turn, gained past the five sixteenths, was under pressure chasing into the stretch, stayed on past mid stretch then weakened in the final seventy yards. LACHICAFORTEQUILA lagged inside, angled out near the three eighths, circled six wide into the stretch and failed to menace. DIVINING SMILE saved ground early and failed to menace. MAGICALLY VANISHED , in a bit close at the break, edged up soon after, shifted in and pulled very hard past the seven eighths, stalked inside a rival through the backstretch, failed to respond into the far turn and tired.
