SHE'S A GEM , four deep chasing the pace leaving the backstretch, took a three wide lead entering the stretch and was kept under urging in the drive. PAPERBACK EDITION prompted the pace between horses, failed to keep up turning for home, swung out near the eighth pole and closed the gap late. THIRD TUESDAY stumbled badly leaving the starting gate, steadied in traffic leaving the backstretch, swung wide turning for home and had a slight rally. SPIRIT AND TRUTH taken to the inner rail leaving the backstretch, saved ground on the turn, swung out for the drive and was not a factor. AUNT MARGARET showed speed along the inner rail and weakened in upper stretch. SKITTLIEDAT lacked speed, swung wide in upper stretch and raced a bit greenly in the late going. MAE BE MAE prompted the pace between horses, steadied in close quarters approaching the stretch and weakened.
