Footnotes
QUIT QUAY took the lead in the three path between horses leaving the backstretch, opened up leaving the turn and was under brisk urging in the drive. CLUCK CLUCK lacked speed, raced along the inner rail entering the turn, swung to the four path mid way on the turn and rallied gamely. FEELIN SO LUCKY , checked in tight quarters leaving the backstretch, split horses at the head of the stretch then flattened out. SOCIETY BALL , four deep leaving the backstretch, chased the pace and gave way. BOSSY KATE accelerated into the contention along the inner rail mid way down the backstretch then faded on the turn. CANDY CRAZE showed speed in the two path leaving the backstretch and gave way entering the stretch. LILLY LIGHTNING , three wide on the turn, was outrun.
